Accepted Insurance Plans
We currently accept a range of major insurance providers through Headway, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (PPO), Cigna, Ascension (Smart Health), and Carelon Behavioral Health. Coverage may vary by plan. Please verify your benefits during registration or contact us with any questions.
Out-of-Network Benefits
- Can provide superbills upon request for eligible insurance reimbursement
- If you have a PPO plan you may be eligible for reimbursement through your out of network coverage
- It is important you find out exactly what mental health services your insurance policy covers
- Some insurance companies require pre-authorization before they will reimburse you
Rates
Therapy Sessions last approximately 53 minutes.
- Initial Intake Sessions are $200.00
- Individual Sessions $150 to $180 depending on length of session (45 or 60 minutes)
- Payment is due at the time of service and a credit card is required on file
- We currently accept debit and credit card payments
Workshops and Consultation Services
- Individually tailored to each client
- Fees for these services generally include preparation and presentation time
